Private walkout basement with full bed, couch, dresser, kitchen table and chairs. There's a mini fridge and coffee bar, air fryer and microwave. Almost an efficiency. Washer and Dryer for personal use available on same level.

Walks out onto lakefront backyard with covered patio seating area overlooking the lake.

The half bath is small with sink and toilet. Full bath on upper floor with access to shower. Flat level parking on shared driveway.
