Hello everyone I?m offering a large room located in Elizabeth New Jersey near Newark Airport. Kitchen, bathroom are common area. There are also access to the backyard area. Eli's Pizza Pasta and Miller Playfield are located on the block. Popeyes, Subway, laundry, Dollar general, Express supermarket, Banquet restaurant and Circket is also located at Pointe Garden Plaza a block over. I am looking for a tenant that is responsible, respectful and a reliable. Must have a job, Single person preferred.
