Hello, I am renting an unfurnished bedroom with detached private bathroom. Sharing living and kitchen and there is a washer and dryer in house. The washer is $2.00 a wash and the dryer is free. The room could be furnished upon request if needed. No couples unfortunately but will consider mother with 1 young child under 10. I have a 2 year old son myself. Background check and references required. Not worried about credit score. No broker fee. Close to Goethals bridge and NJ turnpike. Bus at the corner and NJ transit about 7 min away. 1st floor apartment in 2 family house.
