Newly renovated room in a house on the second floor. As of now room will be unfurnished at the moment. Just need to finish the floors , and have the room painted. they’ve been sanded in the photo, will update photo as soon as it’s finished. *photo right now is just for reference , but will be finished before March 1. There is a shared bathroom which has been newly renovated. House is undergoing small renovations but is closed off in another part of the house. There is no kitchen or backyard access. Looking for someone that doesn’t mind a month to month lease. Utilities are included. There will be a shared communal space. Close to 2 major bus lines which will take you to Jersey Gardens Mall or the train station to NY. Also a lot of restaurants and bodegas close by. Close to Newark airport. No overnight guests will be allowed by the landlord and out of respect to the other roommates. Will require a Background check.
