The apartment Is in Garwood , NJ on the second fl of a 2 family house. rent including utilities is 865 TOTAL , Verizon Fios is set up for the internet but currently not active (can reactivate but I personally don?t need WiFi alone of course we will split that bill) and the unit has a dishwasher and laundromat is a right a left away. Most of the furniture was the old roommates so there?s not much here if you have your own it?s welcome I?ll be getting furniture soon.
