I am interesed in renting out 2 rooms in my house. The monthly rent is $650 for the larger room.(refundable deposit of $325...after a walkthrough. The smaller room is $600 and (refundable deposit of $300. Both rooms consists of a futon, microwave, mini fridge and a small closet. Therefore, if you have a lot of belongings this may not be a fit.
