I am interested in renting out 1 room in my home. The room is $650 with a refundable security deposit of $325. The security deposit is returned when a walk-through is completed. UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED. The room consists of a futon, microwave, mini fridge and a small closet. Therefore, if you have a lot of belongings this may not be a fit.
