Male professional roommate wanted

I'm looking for a short term roommate ( Male ) to share my space for maximum 4mos.
My home is clean / beautiful neighborhood. I have my own private pool etc. Huge back yard spacious home .
I prefer someone with a great personality and someone clean / considerate / respectful of my home and property .....and I prefer a working professional

I will need minimum 2 references numbers that I will need to speak with before any decision is made . And proof of income .....

If any terms within our agreement are broken , I have the right to terminate our written agreement...

Examples
damage to property / confrontational behavior
Late or no payments made to me the owner ....
Breaking of any appliances ( you will be held responsible to pay )
Suspicious / dangerous activity .
I am laid back and a performer / Business owner in the arts. Extremely easy to get along with and I Love peace in my home . I am home most days and again this is a short term situation . I have a beautiful cozy home backyard / front yard / large pool and bar and spacious patio you may have access to .
