I have 2 sisters, one moved on June 23 (larger bedroom rents for $650) and 2nd sister moving out Aug 31 (smaller bedroom rents for $550) after 6 and 5 years together.
House is 2 miles from GSP, exit 135, and 0.375 mi to NJT Westfield station.
Rent includes all util, A/C and internet. Place is super clean and quiet family neighborhood. 1.5 baths, granite kitchen, laundry and small storage in basement, etc. its a nice place.
I need someone responsible, clean and no drama! :)
Bedroom has queen bed, dresser, 2-3 bookcases, closet, ceiling fan and 2 windows.
Security deposit needed, but otherwise month-to-month.
I am divorced homeowner, professional working in NYC. 2nd female roommate is hard-worker, super sweet and drama free.
