You have a large walk-in closet for your things and the bed is a thick memory-foam type, so it's very comfy. I don't have a dresser, so you'd need to get one, or just use the shelving in the closet. Please bring your own towels and linens.

It has a nice backyard that needs work, and I'm planning to create a garden, maybe just prepare this year, but next spring, take it to the next step.

We're in a very safe neighborhood.

There's a kitchen, and a small breakfast nook that we can use for meals, and you'll have use of kitchen, living room, bathroom (shared) and backyard.

The front yard has grass and a shade tree.

You'll have access to wi-fi, but there's no TV.
I work from home and I am usually busy. But I also enjoy preparing healthy meals.
