Seeking new apartment-mate.

I'm a grad student seeking another female student or young professional to take over my previous roommate's space for the summer and upcoming school year. The apartment is on the northwest side, about a 30 minute drive from UNM campus. Your half of the rent would be $773/month plus utilities. You would have the master room with en-suite bathroom: bedroom is unfurnished but living space has a couch and dining table+chairs. Apartment amenities also include a washer+dryer, A/C, dishwasher, and a small balcony. Must be alright living with a cat, but please no cats of your own.
