Looking for a Female Christian roommate who is Kind, Respectful Professional or Student for an unfurnished room off Elks. It is in a duplex that is close to shopping and I25. Free Utilities, WiFi and TP. There is a back yard too I am planting certified organic veggies out there. No dogs or cats I have a dog and she is old and won't take too kindly to other dogs and I am allergic to cats. Washer and dishwasher available as long as you use your own soap. Dryer available as long as you clean out the lent after a load. I own the washer/ dryer so I get it on my days off to do laundry. Kitchen available just keep it clean like 1 time every day. I also require that you don't use my things including pots, pans, dishes, utinsils, tubberware, and soaps /toiletries, Don't eat my food. Sometimes I am willing to share food but I need you to ask first or I will offer. No smoking unless outside but would prefure somebody who does not smoke cigarettes. Get togethers can happen sometimes as long as we can agree on the occasion and it isn't loud or frequent. I enjoy the quiet peaceful life. Family and friends can come to visit and stay as long as it isn't conflicting and we talk about it ahead of time and they obviously aren't coming to live and freeload. When I get home from work I get the living room to chill or work as all the stuff in there belongs to me unless we have previously agreed on something else for the day.
