Master Bedroom and Bath in SE Santa Fe

The Apt is less than 5 minutes from I-25, on the edge of Santa Fe. We have a Washer and Dryer in-house, and on this side of the property we have PO Boxes, a small gym and a pool. The property is pretty quiet and neighbors are friendly but keep to themselves. Being on the edge of Santa Fe is really nice because it feels almost out of the city, while having those city amenities that we appreciate—there’s an Albertsons next door, as well as some restaurants (fast food and sit down) in the area. Because of where the apartment is, it feels private and is safe. The Property admin usually address any issues quickly, as does maintenance.

I’m very friendly and a bit of a homebody, so you’ll likely see me often. I have 2 indoor cats that are very well behaved, although one is very friendly and the other tends to stay away from people she doesn’t know and loud noises. We’ll both have our own bedrooms and bathrooms, I’ve lived in all the bedrooms in the apartment, and it’s quiet in all of them. The upstairs neighbors can sometimes be a bit loud, but it doesn’t even register with me anymore. If you’re open to it, I’d love to hang out on occasion, but I also want to respect your space and time. I have friends over on occasion (femme and lgbtqia+ friendly), usually for something crafty. The apartment itself is fully furnished, and I can supply a few things for your bedroom (I have a futon that you can use for a bed if you need it!).
