Bedroom available in 3 bed/1 bath apartment

I'm looking for a female sublease for my room in a 3 bed/1 bath apartment near Washington Square for January 1 2019-August 31 2019 (move-in date is flexible). We're located in a quiet, residential area near both a T stop and bus stop. The apartment is 1000 square feet and comes fully furnished (the bedroom furniture is for sale as well).

The apartment is equipped with an in-unit washer/dryer, central airing (both air conditioning and heating), a fully functional kitchen including a dishwasher and garbage disposal, Xfinity cable, storage space and hardwood floors. The bedroom for sublease can fit a bed of any size, but I have a full. The room also has two closets for ample storage space.
