Roommate needed by September 2024

We have a 2bd+2ba apartment, my husband and I only use 1 of the bedrooms and bathrooms. My husband will be the one at home most of the time, I come and go because I work out in Texas. We just renewed our lease for another 13 months in the beginning of August 1st and we're looking for a quiet respectable roommate. You don't have to stay all 13 months, you can definitely rent month-to-month.
Our apartment is located near Summerlin, we are away from busy streets, so it's nice and quiet. It's on the first floor, located right in front of the pool. Close to the parking lot, there is parking on and off street available for you to park.
You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom. You are free to use the kitchen, please label your food and clean up after yourself. The apartment comes with WiFi, washer, and dryer in the unit. The complex is located on Buffalo and Charleston just 8 min away from Red Rock Station. We are asking for $800 monthly rent plus $400 move in deposit. A total of $1,200 move in fee. No pets allowed, no parties allowed, no overnight visitors. No loud noises past 10pm. 420 friendly. Please contact if you would like to come by and see the apartment.
