This property is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood close to the 215 freeway, Costco, shopping, restaurants, parks, dining and the Aliante Casino. 20 minutes from Nellis Air Force Base.

Your bedroom will come furnished with a bed frame and queen sized mattress. You will have access to the entire house, and backyard. The home is a fully equipped with all the essentials, including a washer and dryer.

Renter Criteria include:
- 700 credit score
- 3x income of rent amount
- Background check
- Stable job within the past 6 months
- Employment history
- 2 references from previous landlords
- Renters Insurance
- Security Deposit
