Desert shores room for rent w/ private bathroom

Hey! I am Siena (23) and my husband is Levelle (29) and this is our home! It’s 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. We use the main bedroom that has its own attached bathroom so you will have the other full bath as your own. It’s not attached to the room but right across from it. We actually have 2 spare rooms so if you’d like to rent both or are a parent, we don’t mind you using it for your kid weather that be full time or just weekends or whatever. We could make a deal to cut you a break on rent to include the second room. My husband works full time managing restaurants and I run a non profit that advocates for homeless youth in Las Vegas. I’m at home most of the day. We also have a small dog named fifi. She’s very old and quiet. She mainly just stays in our room and sleeps. We are both pretty relaxed and easy going people. We’re non judgmental and down to earth! It’s worth mentioning that my husband is also a music producer so he often has late night music things we go to so while we both aren’t loud, you might hear the garage opening or footsteps outside your door late at night as we come and go. You’d have full access to the living room, laundry room, kitchen, etc… we have a fire pit and a trampoline in the backyard and all the streaming services your heart could desire you can watch in the living room! if all this doesn’t sound too bad, let us know :)
