You will have full use of balcony, living room and kitchen. I work 40 plus hours a week And will mainly be present in the evenings . I also have a cat (Blue Russian Hypo allergenic) he will also have free range of his home ?our home ? . Your room will be the guest bedroom large enough for full size bed with walk in closet and guest Restroom is yours as well. I am smoke friendly NOT in the house . And also friendly . Guest are allowed 3 maximum at a time unless arranged ahead of time .
