Room in East Las Vegas

Hello! We are looking for a new roommate to possibly take my spot. The room is located upstairs in the corner of the house, it has a sliding closet, lights, a bed (if you want it) and a sliding window with a decent view of the city. You are sharing the bathroom with one individual. There is plenty of space around the house to maneuver and the house has very high ceilings including the room. There is a laundry, kitchen, living room with a TV, small backyard, and is also gated. The housemates are all very kind, unique individuals and very easygoing. The rent is $600 but the utilities can range from $50-$130. (Photos are from Zillow)
