Private room for rent. It is the master suite with a large bathroom. Bedroom dimensions are about 10x20ft. Sliding door closet. Room will come partially furnished, or the furniture can be removed for your own. Bathroom has dual sinks, stand up shower, and private toilet room.

The house is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 1 story house. About 2000 sqft with open layout. Front entertainment room with pool table and TV. Rear living room with couch and entertainment. Nice backyard with hanging lights, patio furniture, and a grill.

Street parking is available. Washer & dryer are in the garage.

Home is in an HOA with gated parks & walkways. Also has a private pool and tennis courts for you to use.

Located off of Mojave & Tropicana. Including me, we have 3 people in the house. We all go to school and work full time. Looking for someone who is younger and working full time or in school.

No smoking.
Overnight guests are allowed on occasion.
Clean up after yourself.
Be respectful.

Rent is $1000 per month. Utilities included. Security deposit is one month’s rent, and is refundable upon move out. Any damages to the room or house cause by you will be deducted from your security deposit. Will need at least a 6 month lease. Ideally looking for someone long term.

Room will be available starting June 1st 2024.

We will have a lease / roommate agreement with everything accounted for.
