$650 utilities included., 55in TV in your room. Excellent Location in SW Las Vegas.. House is close to everything. Many points of interest are walkable. As your land lord, I stay out of your way and let you do your own thing (no one will bother you).

Furnishings available if needed.

Your room has ITS OWN AIR CONDITIONING and can reach low 60s when it is 110 outside (extra charge if wasteful).

Your room mates consist of a young Korean Lady and a Japanese lady. The girls can be a little shy at times and just keep to themselves but a part from that everyone here is extremely friendly, considerate, and respectful.

I am a Gaming employee (Resorts World) and a Trusted Traveler card holder which means I've passed a finger print criminal background check and a personal character interview.

For these reasons, I am unable to "associate" with anyone who has ever been convicted of any criminal offense.
