The room is furnished, includes a queen bed frame/mattress and TV with a private bathroom. A lot of windows and natural light but the room has black out roller shades.
We’re looking for a roommate who is clean, quiet and respectful of our home. We live in a quiet neighborhood, with tons of street parking available. We’re a 10-15 minute drive to the strip and live near many restaurants/grocery stores etc.
