Room for rent

One bedroom with shared bathroom if we rent out the other room. If not the bathroom is all yours. We will except couples although the rent will be about 300 more. You have full run of the house, there is a backyard 2 car garage and outside parking. Quiet neighborhood. We do have dogs who are very well trained.
