$900 the frist month then $700 the second month

I have a large bedroom with nice bathroom and a king bed very comfortable. I have a patio where you can smoke a wash and dry. you can used the kitchen anytime you want. I don't have people running In and out I work part time to. I also stay up late on my computer. I am asking $900 the first month you move In and the next month It will be 700. I only have my daughter that come over one a week sometime every two week .sometime my niece both of them come over. But you welcome to have few people over.
