House in Southwest looking for a roommate

Two young male professionals and a well behaved dog with one open room in our 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house off Blue Diamond/Jones. We both work 9-5s, are very clean, mature, and respectful of each other's space.?
Your room is 11x10 with an attached jack and jill bathroom. Bathroom shared with one other roommate, semi private only accessible by either room. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, high speed wifi (300mpbs Cox), alarm system, back yard with bbq + patio furniture, and plenty of street parking.?
The room is offered unfurnished $475/month-to-month plus even split of utilities. Utilities average about $90-100 per month. Move in costs are first month + last month + $200 refundable deposit.?
We are looking for someone who meshes well with the current roommates - someone mature, responsible, clean, and overall just a respectful roommate. Prefer no pets but we might consider a friendly cat if they can get along with the current dog. The current dog is well behaved and loves people. ??The room is available on or after Saturday, Feb. 16. Please send an email with a bit of info about yourself and contact phone number. Applicant must be employed and have proof of income. Application fee of $30 to cover background check after we meet and decide to move forward. Application fee is refundable if you stay for 6 months.
