Large Bedroom w/Private Bath 4 Rent

I have a large unfurnished master bedroom with a walk-in closet and private bathroom. (The only reason I didn't take the master is because I have a huge California King bed that wouldn't fit in the room with all my other stuff). Rent is $700/month including utilities.

I'm a 44 year old divorcee. I have a 5 year old Maltipoo. I am open to another dog, but they'd have to get along and meet first. I'm looking for a non-smoker, as long as we can agree you only smoke outside on balcony, in which case I'm willing to compromise. I moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom to help out a friend; and needless to say, it didn't work out. I want an easy, peasy life with no drama. I'm easy-going and just want a roommate who pays rent on time; so I can play catch up after all the drama with my last roommate. That's it. Simplicity.
