Master bedroom in 2 bdr apartment, located on Ramrod Ave, zip89014. It?s a gated community complex, quiet and safe neighborhood. On territory: covered parking, 2 swimming pools, jacuzzi, barbecue areas, 24h gym.
The room is unfurnished but my current roommate will be leaving behind her brand new bed and mattress, so these can be included as well. The rent is 800$ ( all utilities included, electricity, WiFi) Also you will be adding yourself onto the existing lease which ends February 7th, 2020, which then has the potential to be renewed.
I am clean and accurate person, very friendly and easy going. I love outdoors and cooking. I have full time job. Currently working remotely from home. The move in dates can be flexible, feel free to contact me here and we discuss all the questions you might have.
