3 Story Townhome Room Avail

I am 25 y/o and my roommate is 24 y/o
We’re young so definitely looking for someone who is around the our age and doesn’t mind if we do end up having company over here and there.
We smoke in our rooms and occasionally the living room when having company.
Unfortunately no pet owners at this time as I suffer from dander allergies.
No cigarette smokes.

We are both women and we would like to look for a woman who is considerate of others, communicates effectively & cleans up after themselves.

Extra utilities total: $40(wifi)

You will need to supply your own dish sponge, dish mat for drying, and utensils.
You will be expected to contribute to keeping stairways & floors swept & mopped. The tiles tend to pick up a lot of dust, hair, etc rather quickly. 3 stories is a lot to cover so it’s best we all work as a team.

All rooms & washer+dryer are located on the 3rd floor(top floor) along with a bathroom that will be shared.
Second den area is currently being refurnished from being a spa/beauty room into another living room space with a projector.

For a little background info, I am an esthetician at a wax studio of my own & for another company. Silvia works at an urgent medical care clinic.
We are both laid back introvert extroverts and remain in our rooms majority of the time.
We love to cook and love a clean household at all times. We are very friendly and easy going but we will not tolerate any hostile & messy roommates.
