Hey guys, the room is unfurnished and a decent size, 12' by 15'. It includes a private bathroom with a walk-in closet. A washer and dryer are included in the unit, along with a dishwasher. Everything is pretty new. There's covered parking if you want it, and plenty of spaces if you don't. Located near Galeria mall and plenty of shopping spots. I go to school and work 2 jobs, one work from home so I keep busy and spend a lot of time in my room. I'm pretty quiet till I get to know you then I'll slowly open up. I don't smoke but will rarely pass up a drink lol I just need a chill person who cleans up after themselves that wants to split bills. Pets are fine & friendly though I don't smoke myself.
