$250 weekly Furnished room for rent plus bathroom

1st week rent $250 and deposit of $700 due up front. No long term commitment as this is weekly as long as you want to stay. Rent includes utilities, internet, Netflix, Disney plus, . Have access to your own bathroom that is right next to the bedroom plus the laundry room is right across the hallway. The bedroom for rent is downstairs and all other rooms are upstairs. Kitchen and living room is shared, feel free to use the dishes and all appliances, plus TV. I live with girlfriend, 1 roommate & my daughter visiting half the time. Huge house with just us and my dog. Backyard has a pool and jacuzzi. There is no garage parking, only street parking, no drive way parking either until further notice. Bathroom will only be shared if a visitor needs to use the bathroom. If you enjoy working out, I have lots of workout equipment in the garage which you are free to use. Shared access to kitchen, all appliances and living room, yard, pool/jacuzzi. This is a king size bed and bedroom is very roomy. This location is on the outskirts of Henderson near Boulder City. Very nice gated community with a neighborhood watch. I work Monday through Friday 9-5 and I am off on the weekends. I’m not a party animal, I don’t drink unless it’s appropriate and I dont smoke. I don’t often have any visitors except for my mom. Space downstairs is roughly 1,200 sq ft. I am usually upstairs in my loft. No addictions whether legal or not legal. No weed, no drugs, no alcoholism. This is a clean respectable neighborhood and the neighbors will complain so please only apply if you feel this is the right fit for you. I am looking for someone who is CLEAN and will clean up after themselves and will pay the rent on time. Referrals will be required, do not apply if you are not clean, have addictions, or cannot provide any references or have trouble paying rent on time. I own my home and do everything I can to keep it presentable and clean.
