Month to month lease. 3 months minimum. The bedroom can be furnished. Full house privileges, including washer and dryer and the kitchen. Sorry, no smokers, and absolutely no pets. I have 2 cats. One smoking in or at the house. Sorry, no couples, nor children, each bedroom single occupancy only. Only available to individuals that clean up after themselves. If you don't want to pitch in keeping the kitchen and the house clean, no need to apply.
