Outside Las Vegas in Henderson NV. 5.9 miles to airport. 15 minutes to strip. Close to all shopping and restaurants Cornerstone Park area with lake, walking paths, private cupolas overlooking lake with BBQ’s. Room available is upstairs. Fully furnished with 4 poster bed with tiny v lights for evening. (If you want) Roll top desk, rolling office chair, 7’ bookshelf and dresser. Refrigerator and microwave in closet. Bathroom is shared double sinks and separate cupboards. Tenant sharing is extremely neat and clean. Leaves at 3 am for work and returns around 6pm. Rarely see him. I do vacuum and mop and do general cleaning. Included, I keep a neat home. Full access to downstairs, pool, laundry etc.
