Roomate for two bed two bath apartment

I live in Henderson close to anthem in the apartments called the summit. I am 20 years old and looking for a roommate. I currently live in and plan on renewing a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with a new roommate. Between the two of us we’d pay maximum 948.37 a month including rent, utilities, electricity, wifi, and renters insurance. Our rooms are separate and pretty much the same size. You’d have your own bathroom and so will I. We have a in unit washing machine, dryer, and kitchen that we share. We have delivery lockers, pool, and a gym. We also ofc have the living room and dining room. I don’t have any pets and don’t smoke or drink. The lease renews in February and that is when the apartment will be available, but you’d be able to apply for the apartment under the lease with me right now if you’d like. I work at State Farm full time currently and our building requires us to make 2.5x (3875.00 total) the rent which shouldn’t be a problem with both of our paycheck stubs (I make around 2320.75 a month meaning your stubs would have to be at least 1554.25 a month) Please let me know if you are interested!
