Female Roommate Wanted

Friendly and hospitable couple looking for a clean and respectful tenant in their 3-bedroom condo across the street from Cornerstone Park/Lake. It’s also a few footsteps away from restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops and a 10-minute drive to the airport and 18 minutes to Las Vegas Strip. The rented bedrooms are fully furnished with a 40-inch Roku TV, free Netflix, and wifi. The rent INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES, access to the pool and hottub, and parking. Our tenants will share the bathroom as owners have their own bathroom. Tenants have access to the common areas of our home, living room, kitchen, (all kitchenware are provided) and laundry room. We are only looking for a non-smoker and non-drug user female tenant, as we respect the preference of our current female tenant (shared bathroom).
