Largest room in 6k square foot house

My intention for the home is to create a community of individuals who are looking for connection and support. I wanted to foster an environment of improvement and growth.
Its a spacious house with 7 bedrooms and 5 downstairs which I'm renting out. This would not be a good spot for someone who wants to never run into anyone but it is perfect for someone who is around the age of 25-45, maybe works remote and doesn't like feeling completely isolated, enjoys group dinners or just needs a little support from likeminded individuals who are also building a dream. Or just frankly enjoys being around others.
Im not alluding to a party house situation but I also don't want this to feel like you're just renting a room in someones home either.
Theres lots of space in the house at 6250 square feet- a pool and a decent sized backyard.
