Room for Rent in Vintage home Downtown Las Vegas

I am looking for a third roomate to sign a lease with me in early September for a 9 month lease to move in October 1st.
The house is vintage with some of the orginal accents such as cabinets and ceiling fan. Shared living room and kitchen space. Beautiful large backyard. The room available is a medium size with a shared bathroom. There will be two cats living in the space so you must be okay with cats. Smoking is okay outside only.

I am a high school teacher nearby and the other roomate works for a non-profit. We are chill easy going but also friendly and outgoing at times.
