Renting out one bedroom to another responsible female in a brand new townhome in Henderson, Nevada. I live in one of the three bedrooms but on a part time and as needed basis. So you will essentially have the place to yourself most of the time. Looking for single occupancy, no couples, no children, and no pets please.

The home was finished in December 2021 with all new appliances. Shared common areas include living room and fully stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer room. One full bath will br yours to use. Bedroom is furnished with desk and bed. Rent includes all utilities and wifi.

Walking trails and park surround the property and 12 mins from the Lake Mead Recreation area. Background check will be asked. No pets.

Asking for someone that is clean, quiet, and orderly. No parties at the home. Again, no couples please or children. Asking $950 for the room. Min 6 month.
No smoking allowed in or around the house.
