This is a quiet home and neighborhood for the most part. I'm a happy person and would hope my tenant would be also. The bed and bath area are totally separate from the common living area. You may enter and exit through the garage if preferred. It's a small home 1053 sq ft but well appointed, a bed is available if needed it is queen size, there are two dressers and a large all steel desk which I would prefer to leave where it is!!
