Male condo homeowner seeking only (1 person) to have my 2nd room rented out starting December 2021 or January 2022. It’s in a nice part of Vegas, located in Silverado Ranch area. Conveniently located close to the Las Vegas Strip, Grocery Stores, Banks, Airport, etc. Rent is $700 per month plus half electric bill. Rent includes, room, your own bath (included inside the room), water, trash, internet, common shared areas, pool, and gym. I have everything furnished, except the room for rent. This would only work for someone who can either downsize or fit just the basics into the rented room. Washer and dryer is in the unit. Contract will be a month to month contract, however looking for someone who can stay at a minimum of a year. Must be able to follow Home Owner Association Rules as well as my rules. Serious people must interview with me in person.
