I have a private bedroom with a shared full bathroom (bathtub, shower, sinks, and toilet) for rent in a 5-bedroom 3-bathroom 2 story home loft pool house. The house is located in the convenience location, very quiet and nice neighborhood, lots of parking available in the front of the house.
I occupy one of the room while others may live in the upper floor, all respectful, clean, and employed in their mid-30s. Everyone keeps mostly to themselves, sharing a large kitchen, 2 living areas and a large front yard and large backyard also large swimming pool. The house is detached with 4 driveway car spaces and street space. Big backyard, has big pool and spa/jacuzzi. Looking for a Roommate!

Rent is on a monthly basis arrangement, payable in full the first day of the month. security deposit required. $250 non refundable (leave cleaning).

To keep the house clean, NO shoes, sandal, slippers in the house only allow barefoot or socks The requirements and house rules apply to everyone’s living in the house.

Strict Requirements
- must be employed at all times for the past 6 months (employer will be reached out to verify using employer website/phone number) and not accepting working from home
- background check will be run (any negative records will auto-disqualify)
- no illegal drugs, no smoking (cigarettes, vape) indoors or outdoors
- no pets of any kind, stairway, and upper floor covered fully with brand new carpet and roommate’s allergies.
- misuse intentionally or unintentionally of house equipment, appliances, pool, or furniture will require pay damanages in full up to lease cancellation.

Rules
- must clean up after themselves in common areas, kitchen, bathrooms, and outdoors.
- must be RESPECTFUL to others
- not a party house, not a celebration place, or event place, unless inquired and approved by landlord.
- no gathering over 3 (tenant+2) unless requested and permitted in advance, discrete noise or music during daytime accepted. You are fully responsible for the people you invite.
- roommates may work from home during day or night time, be respectful of the noise, music or guests visiting you.
- smarthouse with electronic devices, including entrance door, personal entry code must NOT be shared with anyone
- house is cleaned by professoinal cleaners bi-weekly basis, your room should be cleaned by yourself
- avoid street shoes, sandal, slippers in the house! Only allow barefoot or socks. Keep the house clean or clean after yourself.
- use of water, heater, AC, and private areas respectfully to others.
- Do not allow to wash any vehicles using water from the house
- Do not allowed to open the garage door without landlord permission, the garage converts to office and there’s a lot of inventory inside the garage. You can only open side backyard
- Do not filled up filter water for gallons only using for daily drinking water consumption
- Do not allow friends coming over to shower and do laundry
- not following house rules or not paying rent in-time breaches your agreement.
