My girlfriend and I are renting out a room in our home in Summerlin. We live in a gated community in Queensridge with a 24/7 security patrol. Your room has a private balcony, and a private bathroom located right outside of the bedroom. Our home is located with a 5 minute walk to Boca Park, and Tivoli Village.
