I have a room for rent in my 3 bedroom house for $750 a month with all utilities (Gas, water, electric and wifi) included. Myself and my current roommate are both guys in our late 20s/early 30s and are looking for the same.
Looking for someone that has a full time job.
The bathroom will be shared with one other guy, the current roommate.
Also, I have a cat that is super sweet but just a heads up to anyone that may be allergic, this is not the spot for you.
