Mature Roommate Only

Hello!

I recently bought a beautiful 2000sqft - 3 bedroom townhouse in the lone mountain area. Roughly 7 minutes from Tivoli Village. Near Sun City Summerlin.

I am in and out of town a lot, and hoping to find a mature person that will care for this space as I would. Someone that is clean, and not a partier. I’m about the easiest going roommate you could ever have. I’m very clean, live a very healthy lifestyle, and just an all around relaxed human.

The space is fully furnished ,with brand new furniture, the bedrooms are complete with new queen beds, and bedding. The second floor is a beautiful open concept, kitchen, dining room, and living room. Everything is included, all utilities, Internet, tv, movies etc. there is also a two car garage attached to the townhome. If you drive, one of the spots can be allocated to you easily. The bedrooms are on the 3rd floor, the kitchen, living room and dinning room are on the second, and the first floor as a large flex space, that I have no idea what to do with. ha.
