2 Roommates, 3 Rooms, 2 Bath. can you handle it?

In all seriousness, my best friend and I would like a third roommate (preferably queer in some capacity)! We are friendly, funny, and CLEAN! Everything in this home is split equally whether that's chores, bills, or any other responsibilities. Our neighbors are our closest friends. We have a very tight knit LGBT community here we all thrive in. If you're looking for a safe space to enjoy yourself and grow, this is it. The room is furnished (will sell if not needed). There are three cats so we do please ask no more animals, (our complex won't allow any more). Rent varies based on bills that month. We've never seen it be more than $780 for 3 people.
