Room For Rent

Hello a11! I have a cozy unfurnished room available in a quiet apartment complex. I am close to shopping areas, downtown, the strip (abut 20-25 minutes), bus routes and the 15. There is also assigned parking available. The carpets have just been professionally cleaned as well. A little about me: I work from home and am pretty quiet and laid back. I am a no fuss no muss kind of roommate and am looking for the same. I am an extremely clean person and keep the common areas spotless. It would certainly be open for use, but I would like it maintained in the same manner=) Generally speaking, if you are a messy person this is not the place for you, but I still wish you happy hunting lol! I don't mind if you smoke, however that would need to be done outside, vapes too. Regarding the deposit of $200.00 dollars, that would be returned upon inspection of the room when you choose to leave. I am definitely fine with normal wear and tear, but anything beyond is what the deposit would cover. My goal is to co-habitate but to live as independent people, under the same roof (if that makes sense=). I have used this site before and have made and maintained friendships with previous roommates, but it is certainly not a requirement. I put the term as open however I would generally prefer a longer term (6+ months) roommate. I am opting to be as transparent as possible as I know looking for a roommate can be stressful and I just want to make sure that the desired set up will fit what you are looking for! ***Quick note, in the picture of the living room, there is no TV...there WILL be one within the next 2 days, a 50 inch (smart tv). High speed internet is included in rent and if desired I can also obtain a cable box for you, for the room. And lastly, the patio area will be furnished soon, so that will definitely be a place to catch some sun with a cup of coffee, tea, wine, or whatever=) Thank you for taking the time to read my ad and please reach out if you have any questions.
