Hi I'm Tom, a 36 year old VA professional looking for a roommate who is easygoing and has full time employment. A background and credit check is required for those interested along with a minimum 650 credit score. No criminal history, past evictions or drug use.

The house itself is large, 4 bed/3.5 bath in a quiet gated community in North Las Vegas with easy access to main roads and I-15. The home is 25 min drive from the strip, 16 min from downtown, 15 min from Nellis AFB, 12 min from the Speedway and only 6 min from the VA Hospital. Great location for VA, Active Duty, or someone looking for a quieter place with easy access to the rest of the city.

The room is on second floor with a shared bathroom and your own personal loft upstairs. Utilities are split. Prefer a 6-12 month lease. 200 dollar refundable deposit required.

I'm looking for one person for the room; married couples or families will not be considered as this posting is for a room in the house. The room is 11x13 feet as well as the additional private loft.

The room is available as of April 1st.
