Military House - Room For Rent

Home is ~20 minutes from Nellis and ~42 minutes from Creech (depending on how fast you drive). Built end of August 2019. That is almost as NEW as it gets. I've made the trip in 14 mins going through the 215 gate.

Nearby: Smith's, Buffalo Wild Wings, In-N-Out Burger, McDonald's, Panda Express, Kohl's, Subway, Home Depot, Target, etc.

Pets: Fish and Reptiles are more than welcome. Animals that have fur will be subject to approval.

Utilities included.

Appliances: Washer, Dryer, Fridge/Freezer, Stove/Oven, and Dishwasher

All of us in the house currently are younger Amn, about college student ages.

Couples pay $100 more.
