I have a declawed cat and a 2 dogs as my companion animals as I'm a leukemia survivor.
I work from home and this is a new and gated community. The house was built 3 years ago, we have a pool and Jacuzzi available to us at the entrance of the complex during summer. Rent includes all utilities, unlimited wifi. House has security screens and brinks alarm system with access to medical and fire help just a button away.
We are 10 mins away from Walmart, Costco, Sam’s andTarget LVAC, Starbucks, EOS and Dutch bros and several places to eat are less than 5 mins away too.
Room and price is for one person only. quiet neighborhood and house with no drama, no alcohol or ilegal drugs.
