I have a 1 bedroom shared bathroom. Parking on street. Back yard, bbq grill you can use to cook. I also have a hammock where you can chill, read a book or meditate. I have a medium size dog who is super sweet and kind. Property is close to highway, 10min from downtown, easy access to transportation if you do not have a vehicle. Very quiet neighborhood. Home is very zen, so looking for quiet, clean and respectful roomamate. If you smoke please smoke outside alcohol is ok. No drugs permitted.
