Room For Rent near Aliante - NLV, NV!

- The house is located minutes from Aliante Casino, Seastrand Park, Smith's, Walmart Neighborhood Market, and several fast food eateries.

- I'm currently looking for two roommates (or more if you're a couple) in a 2,700+ sq. ft. house. I have two dogs who are mainly inside, but there is access to a dog door.

- I plan on putting locks on all the bedroom doors, as I understand and recognize that people need to feel safe and secure in their own homes. I sincerely hope you find a second "Home" during your stay with me! I've got the same motto as Olive Garden, "When you're here, you're family!" 😂

- The prices aren't set in stone for rental; contact me to discuss reasonable options if you're interested and would like to rent a room. There is one room downstairs ($875 for a single, $1,075 for a couple) and one room upstairs ($1,200 for a single, $1,400 for a couple) - rooms will be decided based on a "first come, first served" basis!
Lease agreements will be created for my protection as well as yours.

- Please no drama, drugs, or heavy alcohol use.

- The rooms are furnished at the moment, but if you have your items/furniture and would like to use them, I will happily empty the rooms for you. I'm in the process of getting the locking handles for them as well, though I won't ever enter your room without your permission.

- Please, also, be prepared to show proof of Employment.

- The family room (with a 60" TV), kitchen, and living room are all shared, as well as the washer and dryer. There is cable TV. Which could be set up in either of the rooms, high-speed internet with 5G capability because of the WiFi router, and a house phone to give the number to people you don't want to talk to again!

- Please also be clean and organized. There is a maid who comes to clean once a month and an additional charge may be added and divided equally between everyone in the household, should renters decide to utilize the services. If not then there would be no additional fee added, however, the housekeeper will not enter anyone's bedroom unless they have contributed to payment for said services.

- I am, sometimes, OCD and need to clean things, but I will not enter your room as a renter - Your room becomes your responsibility to tidy up and clean.

- I'm a night owl and am used to keeping late hours for work, though I try my hardest not to be noisy or disturb anyone in the house.

- Please no smoking INSIDE the house. Smoking, vaping, or any other form is to be done in the backyard where the ashtray is.

- If you have pets, we can discuss that as well, as my dogs typically get along with everyone, and I'd love to meet your fur baby (or multiple fur babies!) I am allergic to cats, so a head's up may be needed.
