Two bedrooms (10x10) available for rent in a recently renovated house with a backyard, located in NW. Major intersections are Craig and Decatur. This is a quiet and safe neighborhood with nice outdoor walking/biking areas. All appliances (stove, microwave, oven) in the house are brand new, including the washer/dryer.

Bedrooms are unfurnished and share a bathroom. Master bedroom is currently occupied.

Move-in: First month’s rent ($800) and security deposit ($450). Utilities and Cox high-speed wifi are included in the rent.

All past/present/future roommates must pass a background and credit check, and show proof of employment/income. We also require roommates to show proof of COVID vaccination. We hope to maintain the safe and peaceful environment we worked so hard to create. There’s no smoking indoors in this house and no pets allowed at this time.
